DAY 1 

San Pedro de Atacama - "Cajón" Landmark - Green Lagoon 

Lunch, dinner. 

Transportation from "San Pedro de Atacama". Encounter, migration and transshipment in Landmark Cajón (Bolivia - Chile border). Excursion to "Laguna Verde" (Green Laggon), the esmerald green of the lake, is because the high content of minerals that cause its incomparable color, beautiful view of the Licancabur Volcano, Dalí desert, located at the south of Potosí, desert of 110 square kilometers which stands out because the bleak and arid landscape, some areas with strange and isolated rock formations, remains the landscapes inside the paintings of Salvador Dalí; Visit the "Sun of Tomorrow" geysers whit emanation of sulfur vapors and heavy water, craters of different colors, fumaroles, hot waters with the chance to take thermal baths.

DAY 2 

Red Lagoon 

Breakfast, lunch, dinner. 

After breakfast, the excursion starts visiting the Red Lagoon (Laguna Colorada), located inside the National Reserve of Andean Fauna called Eduardo Abaroa, the red coloration of the water come from the red sediments and pigments of some types of algae; after visit the "Stone Tree" of almost 5 mt. height rock of volcanic origin that the erosion gave the shape; Desert of the Siloli with unique landscapes with sand and mountains, Lagoons: Cañapa, Hedionda, Chiarcota and Honda, habitat of three species of flamingos and other smaller birds; The surroundings of Ollagüe, an active volcano that rises until the 5,870 amsl, whose formation dates from 3 to 4 million years ago.

DAY 3 

Salt Lake of Uyuni. 

 

Breakfast, lunch, dinner. 

After breakfast, the excursion starts with a visit to the majestic Salt Lake of Uyuni, the largest salt desert in the world, a wonderful unique landscape, the intense blue sky contrasts with the bright white salt; The Incahuasi Island, characterized by calcareous rock formations, with repositories of coral and marine shells, full of capricious caves and giant cactus of  8 to 10 m. height; The first salt hotel, unique in its class, built with salt, walls, floors, ceilings, furniture and sculptures; The village of Colchani located 20 km from Uyuni, where you will find small houses made with salt bricks and a handicraft market located on the main street, also you will see a manual extraction of salt in blocks; The tour ends with the visit to the train cemetery, skeletons of locomotives and wagons across the desert, speak of a successful mining past. 

Transfer to the bus terminal to board the bus for the city of La Paz.

DAY 4 

La Paz.  

Breakfast. 

Reception and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, City Tour and Moon Valley, guided tour that starts with the visit to typical markets in the city of La Paz, such as handicrafts markets, the exotic market of witches, where you can find articles related with rituals celebrations, medicinal plants and incense smokes that structure a colorful picture with singular originality; The traditional Church of "San Francisco", built with stone with a door  carved with Baroque blend with native motifs. The "Murillo Square" or "Plaza de Armas", the traditional "Calle Jaen" with museums that presents the history and national identity. 

Tour inside the modern cable car system that offers a panoramic view of La Paz city, bus ride through residential neighborhoods of the city, to finally visit the incomparable Moon Valley, received its name after Neil Armstrong visited the site and remarked how the landscape resembled that of the moon.

DAY 5 

La Paz – Coroico 

Breakfast, lunch. 

After breakfast, excursion to Coroico village, the journey starts by asphalted road to "La Cumbre" located at 4,700 amsl, place of beautiful landscape  with great mountains, after two and a half hours of trip, you will reach the semitropical valley, where is the picturesque village of Coroico located 98 km from the city of La Paz, with a height of 1,700 amsl, warm temperature and lush vegetation, citrus fruit trees, unique banana trees that dress with their presence the contours of houses made of trunks and vegetal ceilings. Visit the village, and to the coca plantations. Return to La Paz. 

Overnight in La Paz. 

 

OPTIONAL DAY 5 

Biking - mountain bike - "Death Road" 

Breakfast lunch. 

Departure by car at approximately 7:30 am to "La Cumbre", the highest site located between La Paz and Yungas, upon arrival, the guide will give you the necessary instructions about safety and the handling of bicycles. The descent starts, the first stage of descent is over paved road with an approximate 1 hour journey of wonderful views of snow mountains. The Unduavi - Chuspipata journey will be in cars,, in Chuspipata the guide will again instruct you to continue the route using bicycles across a dirt road, the panorama changes radically, the lush vegetation and the warm climate surround the place. 

The tour ends in the town of "Yolosa" at approximately 13:30 hours, where cars will be waiting for the transfer to a local hotel, where you will enjoy the facilities, showers, swimming pool, landscape and a delicious buffet lunch. 

Return to the city of La Paz between 17.30 to 18:00 hours.

DAY 6 

La Paz - Copacabana. 

Breakfast, lunch, dinner. 

After breakfast, at 08:00 am. visit the Sanctuary of Copacabana, an Andean village located on the shores of the "Lago Sagrado" (Sacred Lake) of Incas and Sanctuary of the "Virgen Morena". Excursion across the Titicaca Lake aboard a typical boat to the "Isla del Sol" (Sun's Island), place of great natural beauty with great terraces of crops and the blue lake in the background, considered as a legendary place where the Inca dynasty began at the head of Manco Capac (male) and Mama Ocllo (female); The island holds remains of the ancient civilization, such as the Yumani stairs, the fountain of Eternal Youth and the viewpoint from where you can see the incomparable beauty of Titicaca Lake and the majesty of the Andes. Return to Copacabana. 

Night lodging in Copacabana. 

 

DAY 7 

Copacabana – La Paz 

Breakfast, lunch. 

After breakfast, walk through the downtown of Copacabana, the moorish style church and craft markets. After lunch, return to La Paz city.

La Paz. 

Breakfast.  

Transfer out.
